役割 POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- 細胞ベース分解アッセイの開発・最適化およびハイスループットスクリーニング系の構築
- 化合物HTS評価のための生物学的readout設計
- 内部プラットフォーム技術の生物学的側面の強化
- 社内外（製薬企業、アカデミア、CRO）との共同研究推進
- データ解析・QC・ヒット選定、スクリーニング戦略の立案
- チームメンバーの管理・育成、外部委託先のマネジメント
- Development and optimization of cell-based degradation assays and establishment of high-throughput screening (HTS) systems
- Design of biological readouts for compound HTS evaluation
- Strengthening biological aspects of internal platform technologies
- Promotion of collaborative research with internal and external partners (pharmaceutical companies, academia, CROs)
- Data analysis, quality control, hit selection, and planning of screening strategies
- Management and development of team members, as well as oversight of external contractors
必須要件 BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS (Essential)
- 分子生物学・細胞生物学・薬理学関連分野の博士号
- 5年以上の創薬研究経験（特に細胞ベースアッセイ）
- TR-FRET、BRET、AlphaLISAなどの相互作用検出技術に精通
- ハイスループットスクリーニング（384/1536 well）経験
- 自動化装置・LIMS・データ解析（Python/R）スキル
- 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（口頭・書面）
- Ph.D. in molecular biology, cell biology, pharmacology, or related fields
- Over 5 years of drug discovery research experience (especially in cell-based assays)
- Proficiency in interaction detection technologies such as TR-FRET, BRET, AlphaLISA
- Experience in high-throughput screening (384/1536 well formats)
- Skills in automation systems, LIMS, and data analysis (Python/R)
- Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written)

- TPDや分子間相互作用評価の経験
- 蛍光・質量分析によるreadout技術
- 創薬ベンチャーでの基盤構築経験
- Experience in targeted protein degradation (TPD) or evaluation of molecular interactions
- Expertise in readout technologies using fluorescence or mass spectrometry
- Experience in building foundational technologies in drug discovery ventures
