当社の創薬研究の基盤となるプラットホームの拡充と探索初期の合成研究をご担当いただきます。高い有機合成の専門性を有し、メディシナルケミストとしての経験のある方を募集いたします。
We are searching for a Scientist I to join the Chemistry group within the Research organization. We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to progress for expanding our platform technology and pipeline of early clinical development molecules. The responsibility of this position will be to design and synthesize biologically active small molecules with suitable drug-like properties. Strong laboratory-based experimental excellence and basic pharmacological knowledge are required for this position.
役割 POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- 薬物として望ましい特性を有する低分子化合物（タンパク質分解誘導剤）の設計・合成・構造確認に関する一連の実験業務
- 試験結果の考察・議論および合成標的の提案・合成
- 社内科学者との協業によるプロジェクト推進
- プロジェクトの目的・タイムラインに基づく、合成実験の計画と実行
- 有機合成化学、創薬化学、探索研究の科学技術について、日常的な情報収集
- Design, synthesize, and characterize biologically active small molecules with suitable drug-like properties
- Actively participate in discussions and present results in internal meetings
- Collaborate with a broad group of scientists within the Company
- Design and perform experiments to meet project timelines and objectives
- Maintain a broad awareness of the scientific and technological landscapes of organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry and drug discovery
必須要件 BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS (Essential)
- 有機合成化学、創薬化学、ケミカルバイオロジー分野での修士卒以上
- 3年以上の企業での創薬研究の経験
- 高い有機合成の実験スキルをお持ちで多段階合成における精製・分析・同定を含めた実務経験
- 英語で書かれた文献を読みこなし実験可能であり、簡単な報告書やメールのやりとりを行える英語力
- バイオベンチャー企業の一員としてチームと協力して主体的に働く意欲
- Ph.D. or MSc in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, or related discipline, with at least 3 years of industrial experience in drug discovery
- Experience in a synthetic organic chemistry laboratory having demonstrated multistep synthesis, purification and characterization of compounds
- Efficiently maintain experimental records and prepare study reports
- Strong experimental skills of synthetic organic chemistry
- Oral and written Japanese language skills that allows for smooth communication with colleagues and administrative tasks
- English skill for understanding journals, protocols and English documents, and preparing English report and e-mail
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
望ましい要件 DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- タンパク質分解誘導、bRo5、コンビナトリアル化学、ケミカルバイオロジー、ペプチド化学、オンコロジー分野などでの実務経験
- 高いデータ分析能力（一般的なデータ解析ソフトの習熟を含む）
- ケモインフォマティクスや創薬関連IT技術の習熟、業務での活用経験
- 外国人との会議や国際学会において情報を発信・収集を可能とする高度な英語力
- 甲種危険物取扱者
- Excellent skill of organic synthesis
- Work experience in protein degraders, bRo5 molecules, combinatorial chemistry, chemical biology, peptide chemistry or oncology drug discovery
- Data analysis skills, including proficiency with commonly used software
- Knowledge of chemoinformatics and/or IT technologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Class-A Hazardous Materials Engineer license in Japan
